Home Stay Training Program

 The Rotary Club of Dillibazar Kathmandu conducted a Home Stay training program in Arughat Rural Municipality, Gorkha District. This initiative aimed to empower the community with new business opportunities and cultural promotion. The program had 28 participants who gained valuable insights.Many Rotarian from the club were present in the last day of the training session.

Rotary Club of Thamel Organizes Heritage Walk

Kathmandu, Bhadra 21 (September 6, 2025) – Rotary Club of Thamel organized a ‘Heritage Walk’ today. The walk started from Dharahara and concluded at Thamel, during which participants observed various important cultural and historical heritages located in different alleys of Kathmandu. The event was co-organized by Rotary Club Himalaya Golfers, while Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Rotary Club of Capital City, Rotary Club of Kathmandu Midtown, Rotary Club of Gongabu, along with several other Rotary Clubs actively participated in the program. From Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Club President Prem Kumar Wali, Immediate Past President Sagarnidhi Tiwari, Past President Indira Parajuli, Secretary Sandhya Rajbhandari, President Elect Sujita Adhikari, Vice President Rajesh Aryal, and Spouse Manita Aryal were among the distinguished attendees.

  Rotary Club of Dillibazar Hands Over Sports Materials to School for the Deaf Kathmandu – The Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Kathmandu, handed over sports materials to the Central School for the Deaf located in Naxal. The program was organized to mark Rotary’s Basic Education and Literacy Month. Present at the event were Club President Prem Kumar Wali, IPP Sagarnidhi Tiwari, Secretary Sandhya Rajbhandari, Past President Dr. Parthiveshwor Prasad Timilsina, Past President Yubaraj Adhikari, Past President Indira Parajuli, Rotarian Saurav Pant, Spouse Bishnu Parajuli, Rotaractor Rejina Lekhak, along with other members. Speaking at the program, Club President Prem Kumar Wali shared that the Rotary Club of Dillibazar organizes such programs every year on the occasion of Basic Education and Literacy Month. The Club handed over footballs, volleyballs, basketballs, cricket sets, rings, skipping ropes, badminton kits, and other sports items to the school’s principal and students.
