Warm Clothes Hand Over

In a heartfelt initiative, the Rotary Club of Dillibazar Kathmandu, in collaboration with Friends of Nepal from South Australia, has extended a helping hand to the earthquake-affected children in Jajarkot district. The recent earthquake in the region left many families in dire need, especially the young ones who are now grappling with the harsh winter conditions.

The Rotary Club and its partners joined forces to deliver warm clothes to Oli Society Nepal, a local organization actively involved in assisting earthquake victims. The handover took place recently, marking a significant step towards alleviating the suffering of the affected children in Jajarkot.
The warm clothes donation is expected to provide much-needed relief to the kids who have been facing the brunt of the cold weather, compounded by the recent snowfall in some parts of the district. This collaborative effort demonstrates the power of global partnerships and local engagement in bringing aid to communities in distress.
The Rotary Club of Dillibazar Kathmandu and Friends of Nepal express their commitment to supporting communities affected by natural disasters and remain dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need. The warmth provided by these donated clothes serves not only as physical comfort but also as a symbol of solidarity and compassion during challenging times.
