Rotary Club of Dillibazar Establishes New Interact Club “Mangaldoya

 The Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Kathmandu, has established Interact Club Mangaldoya as its third Interact Club. Previously, the club had been operating Interact Club Albert and Interact Club Surya.

During the chartering and installation ceremony, President of the Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Mr. Prem Oli, formally handed over the collar to the Chartered President of Interact Club Mangaldoya, Ms. Nisha Magar, and administered the oath of office and secrecy. Following this, Chartered President Ms. Magar administered the oath to all the chartered members of the club.

The program was attended by President Prem Oli, Immediate Past President Sagar Nidhi Tiwari, Past President Leelanath Sharma, President of Rotaract Club of Dillibazar Ms. Sakshi Baheti, Chartered President of Rotaract Club Matribhoomi Mr. Bhupendra Singh, Principal of Mangaldoya Secondary School Mr. Kabindra Gopali, along with other distinguished guests. All attendees extended their best wishes for a successful tenure of the newly established Interact Club.

On the occasion, President of Rotaract Club of Dillibazar, Ms. Sakshi Baheti, contributed NPR 2,000 in cash as the annual registration fee for one year to Interact Club Mangaldoya. Similarly, Rotaract Club of Matribhoomi, Baluwatar, donated several useful books to the club.

At the conclusion of the program, President Prem Oli presented the Chartered President with the charter certificate, collar, gong, and hammer, while other guests pinned badges on the newly inducted members.

District 3292 Organizes Membership and Public Image Seminar in Lalitpur

Lalitpur – Rotary International District 3202 successfully organized a Membership and Public Image Seminar at Hotel Tulip, Gwarko, Lalitpur. The program was graced by Chief Guest PDG CA Sharat Chandra, Rotary Membership Coordinator, and Honoree Guest PDG Bindu Singh, Rotary Public Image Chair. District Governor Binod Koirala, ARPIC Ajay Agrawal, PDG Rajendra Khandelwal, along with resource persons PDG Dilendra Raj Shrestha, PDG Sanjay Giri, PDG Jitendra Rajbhandari, and other distinguished Rotarians, were present on the occasion. Warm Clothes Distribution

A warm clothes distribution program was successfully conducted through the joint initiative of Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Rotaract Club of Dillibazar, Sahaj Foundation, and Rotaract Club of Kathmandu . The program targeted residents of Bagargaun, Roshigaun, and surrounding areas under Panauti Municipality, Kavrepalanchok District . With the gradual increase in winter cold, the program was organized with the objective of protecting children, women, and senior citizens from underprivileged and needy communities from the harsh effects of cold weather. Under this initiative, approximately 300 kg of warm clothes were distributed to the beneficiaries. The program witnessed enthusiastic participation from local residents , and the families who received support expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the organizing institutions.
