Share Market Training Program of RC Dillibazar-Kathmandu

The Rotary Club of Dillibazar successfully organized a two-day Share Market Training and Interaction Program on the occasion of Global Money Week in collaboration with Broker No. 19, Nepal Investment Securities Pvt. Ltd. The program, held at Dillibazar Kanya College in Kathmandu, witnessed enthusiastic participation from bachelor-level students.

The event was chaired by RC Dillibazar President Mr. Prem Oli. At the opening ceremony, Past President Dr. Parthiveshwar Prasad Timilsina delivered the welcome remarks, while Mr. Krishna Bhandari, CEO of Broker No. 19, presented the closing and vote of thanks during the concluding session.

The training sessions were conducted by former SEBON spokesperson Mr. Niraj Giri and share market analyst and journalist Mr. Arjun Timilsina, who provided comprehensive insights into the fundamentals of the stock market, investment strategies, risk management, and methods for selecting suitable companies.

Past President Ms. Indira Parajuli and College Principal Ms. Aparajita Aryal also addressed the gathering with their best wishes. The program was attended by Immediate Past President Sagar Nidhi Tiwari, Past President Lilanath Sharma, Secretary Sandhya Rajbhandari, Joint Secretary Bishnu Bahadur Karki, Rotarian Bishnu Parajuli, Engineer Rabindra Raj Parajuli, among others.

Participants described the program as highly useful, informative, and inspiring. Many expressed gratitude for the opportunity to gain a clear understanding of the share market. Certificates were distributed to all participants at the end of the program.

According to the organizers, such initiatives not only teach youth how to invest wisely but also promote savings habits, enhance financial literacy, and encourage self-reliance. 📈🎓
