Rotary International District 3292 proudly celebrated the 121st Rotary Day with great enthusiasm at the district office. District Governor Binod Koirala attended as the Chief Guest and highlighted Rotary’s mission of serving humanity, promoting peace, and creating positive change in communities. He also appreciated Rotary’s impactful contributions in Nepal in areas like education, health, drinking water, and disaster management. Past District Governor Dilindra Shrestha shared a brief overview of Rotary’s history in Nepal, reflecting on its journey and achievements. Senior Rotarians were honored with certificates and traditional khada for their valuable contributions to society. The event saw the presence of Club Presidents, Rotarians, Past Governors, and distinguished guests. The celebration inspired everyone to continue strengthening the spirit of service.

  The three-day Information and Communication Technology (ICT) training program has been successfully completed under the joint organization of the Rotary Club of Dillibazar-Kathmandu and the Rotary Club of Kathmandu, with support from the Basic Education and Literacy Department of Rotary International District 3292. The training was held at Mangalodaya Secondary School, Thankot, and was attended by 22 teachers, one from each of various community schools in the Chandragiri area. The program took place on Falgun 6, 7, and 8. The inaugural session featured Past President Rtn. The Rotary Club of Dillibazar celebrated Valentine’s Day with a grand literary program organized on the special occasion of Pranaya Diwas (Valentine’s Day). The event was held under the chairmanship of Club President Prem Oli. The Chief Guest of the program was renowned artist, singer, and Vice President of Sisnupani Nepal , Dhirendra Premarshi.  The Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Kathmandu, has established Interact Club Mangaldoya as its third Interact Club. Previously, the club had been operating Interact Club Albert and Interact Club Surya. During the chartering and installation ceremony, President of the Rotary Club of Dillibazar, Mr. Prem Oli, formally handed over the collar to the Chartered President of Interact Club Mangaldoya, Ms. Nisha Magar, and administered the oath of office and secrecy.
